Regional System PI Instructions
Trauma & Emergency Health Systems Committee
The purpose of this committee is for our Cardiac, Stroke, Trauma & ED, and Perinatal & Pediatric work groups to to jointly discuss proposed changes to the Emergency Healthcare System Plan, identify and discuss possible overlapping performance improvement projects and results. This committee also elevates any requested changes to the Emergency Healthcare System Plan to the Physician Advisory Committee for review.

Pre-Hospital Committee
The purpose of this committee is to serve as a liaison for pre-hospital providers to include the monitoring of system development, coordination of activities, performance improvement, and pre-hospital training.

The purpose of this heart health work group is to serve as a liaison to the acute care facilities and pre-hospital providers for initiatives issued by the State of Texas to include but not limited to cardiac care, STEMI, public education, and training.
